We previously owned and operated two franchised Real Estate Offices in Cairns. In late 1994 we sold both offices and now operate from a registered office at our residence in Bayview Heights (which is recognized as one of the largest home based property managements in Queensland with over 250 properties under management). We are both fully licensed Real Estate Agents, with over 40 years combined experience in the Cairns property market (Jim is still involved in property sales, but only properties under management).

As Cairns' only upmarket rental specialists, we ONLY accept management of properties in the $300 - $650 per week price range, and do have properties in excess of this weekly rental as well. We are also the only Agency in Cairns that insist on long term tenancies, the minimum initial term is 12 months.
